FAQ
Questions we get every week
Answered here the way we answer them on the phone. If your question is not covered, call us — a direct answer is faster than reading a whole page.
Are you the authorised Changan dealer?
No. We are an independent trader and supplier of Changan vehicles, not the brand's authorised dealer and not an approved service centre. Official warranty and after-sales service are provided through the authorised dealer in the country of registration, and we make that clear to every client before purchase.
Where do the vehicles arrive from?
From several export sources by sea freight to Aqaba port, then inland by road to our yard in the Zarqa Free Zone. The source and shipping route are stated in the quotation.
How long does supply take?
It depends on availability: a vehicle already in the yard is handed over within days once the paperwork is complete, while an order requiring supply from source has a lead time stated in the written offer, covering booking, sea freight and inland transport. We do not give verbal estimates.
Do you sell to individuals or only to traders?
Both. Most of our volume is with traders, showrooms and fleets because the batches are larger, but we handle individual orders too. The difference is in pricing and delivery terms, not in the level of service.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. Quantity affects the price and whether a dedicated shipment makes sense; the quotation makes clear when joining an existing batch costs less than shipping a single vehicle.
Does the price include customs duties?
The quotation states precisely what the price covers and up to which delivery point. Duties and taxes in the final destination country are governed by that country's regulations and are quoted separately, because they change and we cannot fix them on behalf of an official body.
Will you store vehicles I did not buy from you?
Yes. Storage is our independent licensed activity, and we receive vehicles and machinery for clients who bought elsewhere, provided the free-zone entry documentation is complete.
How long can vehicles be stored?
Short and long term. Durations and fees are governed by Jordan Free and Development Zones Group regulations, and we set out what applies to your case in the offer before taking custody.
What currency do you deal in?
Jordanian dinars or US dollars, depending on the nature and destination of the deal. The currency and the applicable exchange rate are stated in the written offer.
How can I confirm the company is properly registered?
The company is registered and licensed to operate inside the Zarqa Free Zone. We provide any serious client with a copy of the commercial register and the activity licence when business begins — contact us and we will send them directly.
